I'm integrated with vB and PP pro. If you add a custom skin to your forum, does that also show up in PP?

The styles will get picked up, yes. But that doesn't mean that you won't want to make some template changes if the style contains table wrappers, etc.

So they style you have selected on the forum will be the style you see in PP?
