i always get this message even i upload more than that size

Your graphic is too small!

Images must be at least 640x640.

what should i do ?

what do you have set in Admin => Upload Options the minimum width and height ? I show you have things set to 640 by 480

ops. my fault i change to 640... i upload pics with 900x600.
