edited footer.htm and it isn't showing up. What am I missing?

full SERVER path to Footer in Global options?

the header and footer files are in the same place right? My header works and it's path is:
/homepages/28/d166344214/htdocs/photopost/header.htm

so I entered my footer path in global options as:
/homepages/28/d166344214/htdocs/photopost/footer.htm
