All images gone!! - Over 7000 images!

This morning I upgraded Plesk to from 7.5.4 to 8.0.1 and then no images would show in the gallery. All I got was NO IMAGE for the thumbnails.

I then followed the insrtuctions in this thread: http://www.photopost.com/forum/photopost-pro-how-do-i/124292-error-message.html to turn off php safe mode and no images or thumbnails show.

I ran scandatebase with all options and it shows:

Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.
but then no images show.

I am able to upload new images.

All image files are still on the server.

Can anyone help me out to get all the images back?

Just noticed my database is empty. Have no idea how that happened to only this database.

Don't you have a backup?

Is the entire database empty? (Comments and photos?)

The db scan would have told you if it was removing files or entries from the database; can you double check your database tables?

Seems to me as I posted in your other thread that your server path to the photos was incorrect after your plesk upgrade. Thus say your path changed meaning when you ran scan database to find the files and rebuild them the software could not and the table was emptied. I would suggest you restore a backup of the photos mysql table. Then go to Admin => PHPINFO and find the new server path. Go to Admin => Global Options and update the path to the data and uploads directories. Then go to Admin => Storage Options and hit revert and save twice to load the new path. You should then see images on your site. You can also check your config to make sure your using the new server path as well.

Server path did not change. Only upgraded the plesk control panel.

Still working on my restore but need to download the backup first.

The path had to have changed if scan database could not find the images and deleted them or either a huge permissions issue thing. Double check your data and uploads directory permissions as well and make sure they are 777 at every level.
