show smilies on Recent Comments block on index page?

I have full integration with vb3 including WYSIWYG on post comments. The comments are just fine on the comments page, however, smilies don't appear in the Recent Comments block on the gallery's index page (only the text codes). Is this the way this is supposed to work? Or am I missing something? Thanks a lot.

In index.php add the line in bold here

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

Thanks Chuck. But that didn't seem to work. I still am not seeing the smilies.

hmm... the code I posted was from my modified index.php file. I don't see any difference from yours. No big deal but I just hope it'd work on mine.

Chuck, I see what's happening. It works on Photopost's default smilies (standard editor). But since I am using vb3's WYSIWYG editor (plus all its smilies) I want my vb3 smilies to be converted on the index page too (on Recent Comments). Is this possible?

My vbulletin smilies work on my page as I use the WYSIWYG editor.

You have some kind of custom smilies in some custom directory?

Nope, whatever vb's smilies default directory is. Anyways, it might still come down to something that I am doing wrong. I'll look around some more.

Do you have a link to your install and test regular user login?

You have that profile forward thing turned on and it is breaking things. Edit the header-inc.php file and replace the two lines in the file with these here so I can view your site

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

Done Chuck.

One thing I have noticed with the smilies - on the comments page the smilies are grabbed from this directory - http://www.my-site-here.com/forum/im...lies/smile.gif . While in the index.php, the Recent Comments box shows the same comment but the smilies are grabbed from here - http://www.my-site-here.com/gallery/images/smile.gif.

Pardon me but I don't understand what did I forward and I don't reallly see things breaking up. Can you explain a little why the change needed to be made? How did that affect the users? Thanks for your time.
