| vb integration style problem
hi,
I tried to integrate PhotoPost with vb3.5.4. I can't get the categories style to look like forums. Take a look at: http://www.jinsimao.com/index.php
Am I missing something?
Thanks,

I have it set to "yes".
user registration system is "photopost", is that a problem? It's a free text field, I don't know what other values are ok.

Use Integrated forum stylesheets?
If you use a forum like vB3 or Threads and want to use the intergated stylesheet option, choose Yes
thats the setting I am talking about in forum settings in admin

I just saw your settings. User registration is set to Photopost not vb3 so you cant use the vb styles as your not integrated with vbulletin

I temporarily fixed my problem by doing 2 hacks, which seems to correspond to two bugs in PhotoPost.
1. I had to go into the database and change the value of "User Registration System" from "photopost" to "vb3". The admin interface didn't work for me.
2. then I had to change the file /photopost/forums/vb3.php, add a value:
$Globals['dprefix'] = "vb_"; // this is my vb3 table prefix.
The $Globals['dprefix'] seems to be never set anywhere.

None of these two are bugs
Your not suppose to be able to like switch integrations on the fly.
Correcting the variables in the database settings table setting 41 and 83 which corresponds to the integration type and database prefix is the correct way to do this.

should dprefix be a configuration variable?
what's the point of having the "User Registration System" field in the admin screen if the field is not going to let users change the value?

Yes it is a configuration value and its setting 83 in that table I meantioned. On an install we ask the user database table prefix your issue is your switching integration midstream and there is no way to do this without manually editing
