Keyword turned off - Field still shows on upload

At upload, the field to enter Keyword still shows though Keyword function is turned off.
How to remove keyword field?

Thanks,
Mark

That switch is a switch in the Showgallery options to not show keywords on the display pages. It is suppose to show on upload page.

That is not a switch under upload photo options it is a switch under the display options in showphoto. You can turn the title off as well but that still appears on upload. See what I mean.

Yes I have the keyword display option turned off, but I am certain that in versions prior to 5.3 that the keyword field never showed during upload.

As we never have used Keyword and don't ever intend to, is there a way to remove this from the upload page?

Thanks!
Though I can't understand why it is supposed to be there if the display option is turned off.

If a keyword is entered in this field with display turned off, does keywords entered affect search function, spidering or something else?

Why is it still supposed to be there?

The keywords field during uploads, showing in attachment, never used to show prior to 5.3
If there is a reason why this should still be showing here, I will accept that we will have to remove this with every upgrade.

Otherwise ... is there a way to not have this show if display keywords is turned off? ... with suggestion to include this in next build.

Thanks
