This should be a simple one

How do I go about putting a gallery link on the top of the navbar?

In a vBulletin navbar? If yes then it's just a matter of modifying your "navbar" template and inserting a link. If you're using a heavily modified style then your navigation buttons may actually be in your "header" template instead.
