7000 digitals= 10 Gig,s of disk space

Hello,
My web host has advised me that I have used up 10 gigs of space with 7000 digital photos. each photo is about 75 kilo bites. But to the right of the 75 kb is a 2nd file size 3-4x as large. Have I loaded these incorrectly or somthing. Please help.

Can you give me a link to an image page? It could be the medium/large/thumbnail versions of the image.

10gb on 7,000 is alot; I have about 13k images using 4.5gb.
