Where do I change these words...
 

The main menu says "Upload Photos"

It should say "Upload Media" since you can also upload video. How can I change this on my site? I can't find it...

Also I want to change the "My Photos" to "My Media".

You can edit in the languages folder the english.php language file and change the strings to your liking
