pp missing global.php?

the file global.php is nowhere to be found in the zip of photopost 5.3, what do i do about this error?

Thats a vbulletin file.

On install on step 4 your vbulletin server path was entered incorrect.

Go ahead edit the config-int.php variable and enter the correct server path to vbulletin in the $vbpath variable.
