Zip Upload

I think I have set all the needed switches. Yet when I try and upload a zip file nothing seems to happen. It doesnt time out. It says that it processed, but then I dont see the photos have been added to the gallery. I also tried uploading them via ftp and then process files in the upload directory and nothing seems to happen. What am I a misssing

Is this file over 2mb? Most PHP installs limit file uploads to 2mb thus your server could be rejecting the upload which is your most likely cause here.
