Is it possible to make photopost link all usernames to their profiles on the vb forums instead of the user profile page in the gallery? cause I have pretty much moved everything from the gallery profile page to the forums' profile page of each member and there is really no need for the gallery's profile page anymore,

You could do that with code modification yes you would need to point every gallery profile link to vb instead.
