How to change default sort in members gallery?
It seems like the Member's Gallery is set to be viewed by user #.

How do we drop that sort and have default sort of the Member's Gallery be last photo uploaded?

The members gallery is explicitly viewed by user this is how the members gallery works. You can set the default sort in Admin => Edit Categories but the photos will be grouped by member.
