How To Wrap phpBB Template Around Photopost

Hi Chuck,

I need to put my photopost inside a template just like the template on my phpBB:

I already tried using my header and footer files from the phpBB template,
but only the footer shows up.

I'm not sure what to do and I'm very short on time.
Can I hire you anyone to do this for me?
If not, do you have any suggestions?
I really, really need help.

Use server path to your header footer files not url. That is your problem why the header does not show up
