UBB URL Code Incomplete

I run PhotoPost stand alone and I also use UBB classic forums. Since both applications are in different directories, the incomplete URL that PhotoPost lists for pictures is not enough for my members to cut and paste into their UBB posts. Is there a way to customize the "cut and paste" URL that PhotoPost shows to show the complete URL?

Our UBBcode link in our application is a proper link to the picture so you need to post a url here as an example so we can see what you mean.

I modified line 1102 of my showphoto.php file to this so that it prints the full URL:

Quote:
$showbbcode = "
Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
";
I figured this out by searching for other mods that were similar to what I wanted. This is working perfectly for me and now my UBB uses can easily paste pictures into their posts. There is a lot of good stuff here - you just need to spend a little time using the search function!

The $imgurl is a full url to an image if your trying to modify code because its not then you dont have something set correctly. This is a default photopost install look at the code tags on the page

Okay, you are right on target apparently. Would you have any clue as to what is not set right? Perhaps going all the way back to setting paths and URLs during install?

I thought they were so after reading your post I went back over ALL of my settings and changed three that now read as the full URL and saved. I went and checked the "Cut and Paste UBB Code" and it was the same. Since I did not revert my changes made to showphoto.php I expected there to be double URLs showing in the cut and paste text area. Nope. Still working the way I fudged it.

Exactly which URL entries directly affect this feature?

I would suggest you make sure your using correct unaltered files and check your Storage Options in admin as well

Basically $imgurl is defined in showphoto as this or similar depending on the circumstance

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

Okay, after I went back over my paths and URLs as you suggested it works the way you said it should. What threw me off was that it took days for the change to show up!
