PP 5.3 and amember for Paypal paid userlevel

I am looking for a way to use paypal in an automated system with Photopost Pro 5.3

I want to sell subscriptions, ideally with 2 days free trials, so that users "buy" a userlevel in the photopost gallery.

It is important that the scripts automatically changes the userlevel within photopost once he paid and also once the subscription is cancelled.

Not only on the day of cancellation. On the day of the expiration of the subscription time (if he cancelled early enough).

I have not seen any solution yet here in the forum for this, although others asked for this already.

There is a software out there called "amember" which seems to do all that and which also seems to work with photopost pro. It costs 130 USD, I think the plugin for PP is with it already, but I am not sure.

Has anybody made experience with this software?

Any other third party software you can recommend to do that?

Any hope that Photopost Pro will offer this feature within the next 10 years ? ;)

There must be many adult sites with photopost, which are using something like this...

well I have never used it. I know its $139.95 looking at there site and they claim to have a photopost plugin that works. To my knowledge what they do is lock down the directory and when a user registers in amember to gain access to the locked area there registration is also copied to photopost user table. You would need to contact them on this plugin and if it works.

I know they use to charge for plugins etc. Looks to me like they raised the price of amember and provide the plugins free now but then you need to double check with them as well.

and are there any plans to offer a simlar functionality in photopost pro?

It works already in classified, so why not trying to do the same in photopost?

Could I order a hack from you to do this? How much would this cost?

Actually Classifieds does not do what amember does. Classifieds is a one time payment per ad. Those are easy. There is no subscription service in our programs.

I can not say what the future holds for any of the feature holds. If something like this would be added it would most likely be in the normal build if time is available that Michael would do this.

I can tell you from a custom aspect I really do not have the time to create some full featured subscription service. Something like that would take alot of time and at custom rates of would be quite expensive.

For the price you are not going to beat $139.00 from amember.
