Recent Photos on *TOP* of categories

Similar to how they set it up here:

http://sffworld.com/gallery/

I want to put the recent images at the very top, with the categories below it, and the random pictures at the very bottom.

In your Admin => Layout Options you will see the setting that allows the recent images block on top or bottom
