No main image on showophoto page

I am sure this is just a setting change but I have looked at the admin panel for hours and still can't figure it out...

When you click on a thumbnail to view an image on the main showphoto page the main large image doesn't seem to load... all you get is the title and photo details box etc but no image.

Ideas?

Hello in Admin => Storage Options click revert path twice and save to load the global path. This should correct your problem.
