Question Same vB user display for poster as for commentor

The postbit display for the poster with avatar and whatnot should be there for the poster as well as the commentors. Am I doing something wrong or how do I get that for the author of the photo?

Thx.

Please explain so we are on the same page however it is my understanding reading this that you assume that all the info showing on comments should appear for the user up somewhere on the photo display?

This has ever been a feature of the software. Comments are the only thing that will show avatars and location and all the other stuff as they are meant to look like posts.

Exactly. I would like the section under Photo Details to look like the comment post format, with the user's avatar and info and whatnot. I feel it's even more important to give the author of the photo that recognition. It is MUCH easier to identify a member at glance with the avatar and info rather than reading "poster."

Quite frankly the layout of that whole section is rather clunky looking to me, always has been. It would be a lot nicer if it had more of a consistent presentation with the rest of the forum and comments. I can do the formatting. But, I'd like a little quidance on how to get the user info called in. Ideally, I'd like it to be an option in the config to lay it out that way. So, I guess that's a feature request as well.

You can put feature requests in the suggestions forum so Michael will know what users want when a beta opens.
