I want to make my gallery look like this

I was wondering how I could configure the admin settings to achieve that?

if your integrating with vbulletin you can see what style the guy is using and purchase that one. He is using vb3 integration and a custom vb style.

Well, I've noticed how the Stats/Calendar of his photopost page are at the bottom as opposed to mine (default) being at the top. I perfer the former. Does Photopost have a style option, as far as how galleries can be structurally arranged?

That would be in your Admin => Sidebar Options. If you are not using the sidebar as in turn it off you can turn on the undercats pal and everything will be displayed at the bottom.
