Well there is no specific way to do something like that without creating some type of ignore mod if you want to leave all his photos in separate cats etc.
You can with the program place him in a special usergroup and move all his photos into a special category that only you and he can see. This is kinda how subscription services are handled you know placing a person in a higher usergroup so they see more.
