Disable Users from creating Private Albums.

I cant seem to find the option to do so or is there not one?

You can disable users from creating albums but there is no specific switch allow public albums and allow private albums yes or no.

Disabling private Album Option

I want the user to create albums, just not private ones.

Thats not a fix thats a modification

You can try it as it should be the same html in those templates
