Members photos

Because of a conversion, the member #'s are now off. Because of that before the conversion there was member no. 7 and now they have become member no. 8. As a result to everyone but me moving a number foward. So each member has 'inherited' the previous member #'s gallery.

How would I go about fixing this? Any suggestions? I'm currently using the latest Photopost and VB 3.5. With the gallery database in the VB database.

You might want to use this ;)

I was looking for something like that. I looked and looked and couldnt find anything. Man I feel like an idiot. lol thank you.

So um yeah. Obviously I'm not doings something right. What exactly am I supposed to change for settings. There is nothing clear or specific from what I can see.

I run it, but it just goes through the steps without anything actually happening. Its uploaded to the gallery folder.

You run it and it will correct the userid's on photos and comments to the correct ones based on the username

The only way this script is going to do nothing is if you ran a update usernames on photos and comments in admin already which is something backwards than you want to do because since you switched integrations and your forum to forum import caused userid's to change in Photopost you wanted to update userid's based on username not the other way round.

*sigh*....

Man this sucks. Now I have no idea what to do.

So you ran that admin resync thing instead of this script HMM

well only way to fix the ownership issues would be to restore a backup of the photos table and run the proper script. Remember your issue was caused by switching forum software so there is only so much we can do here. I wrote the aforementioned script just for this situation of switching forums to vb.
