imae in 2 categories, but comments only in one allowed

Hi

if users upload the same image in 2 different categories at the same time ("choose additional categories" option), I do want to allow comments to this image only in one of both categories. I.e The first category he chooses shall be the "main" category and only there others can post comments for this specific image.

I am looking NOT for a category based comment yes/no selection, which I can do in admin menu with "edit category".

I am seaching only a solution for the case a user chooses 2 categories at the same time (no matter which one) for the exact same image. So it must be a kind of "image dependent" criteria. i.e. same image with same name -> allow comment only on one.

How do I do this?

Each additonal Photo when you use additional categories is treated as an actual photo and thus a user can post separate comments on the Photo as the category permissions apply for the categories.
