Link photos from one gallery to the next

Hi everyone! I'm new to the PhotoPost world (just bought my copy last night and got it installed today... FAST turnaround!! ) and am really loving this software so far! I do have one question though. There might be more later but for now I only have one:

I have my copy of PhotoPost 5.3 tied into our VB3.5 forum so our current members can post to the new galleries and have their own personal albums. So I 'm guessing the way it will work is it will create new albums automatically for them when they upload their first images?

Now, here's where my question really lies... The site we have is a guitar collectors site, and the goal is to allow members to upload pics of their collections to their own personal galleries in PhotoPost. This is perfect for what I want to do. NOW.... I've created individual guitar brand catagories under the "Main" category as well. The idea here is this. Let's say that member "JoeBlow" uploads two pictures. One is a Jackson guitar and the other is a Kramer. He uploads them both to his personal gallery of course, but I want them to show up in the main categories as well under their respective brand listings. Is this possible? Hopefully I've made myself clear LOL

Any thoughts on how to accomplish this? Thanks guys!

there is an option to let users select more then one cat.

You can use that option you found or if they upload to your categories there is an option in admin that you can set that says members gallery contains all a users photos yes or no

You can set this to yes and the photos wil be shown in both places. The first option though you spotted will make it appear the photo actually exists in the members gallery and the other cat so that might be your best choice
