PP 5.3 edit photo does not show all fields in personal albums

PP 5.3 fresh upgrade.

edit photo does not show all fields in personal albums. If a user has an image in his personal album and clicks then on "edit photo", he does not see the additional fields created in admin menu (in categories).

If he moves the same image to a normal category, clicks then on "edit photo" those fields appear normally.

If he moves it back, it disappears again even if he entered information in these fields.

These fields should be always available. This would just make more sense. I guess to achieve this, there must be a kind of standard setting option placed for personal albums (in categories within admin menu), similar to the other categories.

I got already complaints from users about this in the old PP5.21 version.

How can I change this?

Additional Fields created within admin are set for Categories and as such are only usuable on the categories. They do not apply on personal albums or there photos.
