Well you can post any errors and such here so we can assist.
I can not suggest a resolution with such a broad based problem saying I cant upload.

| Hi
My photopost worked fine for a while. I made a new category and now suddenly I can't post to any of the categories. But every once in a while it will work. Also, I noticed on my usergroups there doesn't seem to be a administrator group any more, so I added that back. Right now I can't add any pictures to any section. It acts like it is loading, but does nothing...

| Possible
Is it possible I set a max limit on the total size allowed. If so I can't find where to adjust that value.

I would suggest you check how big files your uploading just in case they are over your PHP max upload size
What exactly happens when you upload cause I uploaded fine twice as you see http://www.atlanticblvd.com/photo/index.php |

Yep your PHP is set to 2MB max filesize so you might want to put a 1900kb limit in usergroup options

If your on a dedicated or virtual dedicated server you can edit your php.ini file but on a shared you would need to contact your host to see if they would increase the max file uploadsize.
