Custom PAL error

I'm getting this error when I try to modify the template for any of the custom pals

Warning: fopen(forums/photopost/templates/vb3enhanced//custom2pal.tmpl): failed to open stream: Permission denied in forums/photopost/adm-misc.php on line 1872

Unable to write changes, permissions on custom2pal.tmpl are not set properly.

I've tried chmod to just about every permission but this doesn't help.

Any ideas?

Your server path is incorrect check your config file and correct $PP_PATH as necessary. Your missing a slash on the opening of the path

I'm sorry I copied that down wrong. My $PP_PATH = "/home/bonsaich/public_html/forums/photopost"; Here is what the error is:

Warning: fopen(/home/bonsaich/public_html/forums/photopost/templates/vb3enhanced//custom1pal.tmpl): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/bonsaich/public_html/forums/photopost/adm-misc.php on line 1872

Unable to write changes, permissions on custom1pal.tmpl are not set properly.

Could it be the double slash after vb3enhanced?

Change permissions on the template files in your templates/vb3enhanced directory to 666
