No registered users in groups

Hi, I dont have registered users in the admin usergroup panel.

I just have anonymous, admin and moderators.
Is that correct ? what permissions I have to assign to control users ?
To moderators ? or how.

All is working, so I have no idea if I need to create a registered category in usergroups o rename one ?

If this is phpbb this is the usergroups we insert
