Can post comments or rating on photos

I just realized, thanks to some of my users that we can't post comments or rating on photos anymore. When we try we get this error.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

I don't know what I did now, but now I can't even access the gallery. I got something fubared!

Check file and directory permissions first but what did you do to cause it would be my question what changes did you make to the server etc
