errors when doing bulk uploads

Ok dealing with a new host, new server and now new problems. I'm working on a standalone PP which is freshly installed. I showed the host your requirements and they SAY they meet them. However when I try to upload more than one photo I have a problem EVERYtime.

One photo upload works with IM, GD1 and GD2.
When I try to upload 2 files or more I get an error with IM:

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Command:

"/usr/bin/mogrify" +profile "*" -size 100x67 -quality 70 -geometry 100x67 -unsharp 10 '/home/.sites/38/site94/web/gallery/data/500/thumbs/DSCF1233.JPG'

With G1 and G2 I get a blank screen.
I also tried doing bulk upload straight from the server. I get only blank screens. Could you help me out please?

Well did the memory change and nothing is happening. It just goes back to the index.

Had to edit this post. Now it's just giving that error again.

It goes back to the index after upload and nothing is processed. Sounds to me like safe mode is set to on in the server.

Link to phpinfo?

You do know your Photopost is a standalone even though you have vb3 installed?

Is that intentional?

Okay will do. Check PM for that info as well.

Tried to bulk 4 full sized images. Went to a white screen.

Did that edit and it looked as if it was gonna process the files but it never ended. It froze. I tried again and then it went back to the blank white screen

What would cause things to be inconsistent? I swear I've been doing things in a troubleshooting method.

I just cleared out every photo on the board. I have about 20 pictures thats already resized on the server. I just tried doing a bulk using IM and GD and nothing it porting over.

I hate when stuff like this happens. Works correct for the person who can fix the issue, then mess up when they not around (lol) If you can, please try again real quick. Plus if u don't mind, try uploading 3 or more photos when you test.

Are you checking the proper boxes on uploadphoto page for bulkupload?

I uploaded as I stated before 4 photos and processed 2 by me and 2 by you where in the uploads directory

Okay I see one of my problems. Once on the bulk upload screen I put check marks for:

Skip upload and process the files already in your upload directory
Click here to bypass approval process and upload all files in directory
Do not watermark images
Do not delete photos from source directory

I check mark all those. However, PP doesn't following directions not to delete the photos from the source. I got back to my FTP and hit refresh, everything is deleted anyways. What would cause that?

Argh! This makes no sense! The things PP is doing is so random! One sec it uploads the photos fine. The next sec it won't do jack! One min it won't erase the photos from the server, then the next it will! Is it doing these changes based off the server load? I mean what? I'm just trying to understand.
