| multimedia.
Hi,
I put an avi file onto my photopost gallery, it went in ok but i just get a black screen when viewing it.
I can watch it on my pc but not in photopost why is this?

Its ok i re-encoded it and it works now  thanks for the offer of help though.
One thing though can i take the download link off for multimedia?

You can elect to play video's inline and if they can play they will be played inline and no download link is shown

I have enabled embeded multimedia playing but the download link still shows?

Yes and the download link is suppose to show if the file can not be played inline in one of the loadable players.

It does though, It plays fine but still has the link to download it.
Its not a huge problem as people will find a way to download it anyway but if i could make it as awkward as possible it may put some people off...

No download link is shown if it loads in the inline players cause there is no thumbnail to click

when you say there are no thumbnails to click what exactly do you mean, There is a thumbnail as i assigned one to it, I click the thumbnail to go watch the movie the movie opens in the littly Tv screen and under it is a download link.
All this is within photopost.

| Under it is a link that says to download the multimedia click the thumbnail but since there is a player loaded there there is no thumbnail to click and clicking a media player does nothing.
The thumbnail only appear on showphoto if the multimedia player CAN NOT be loaded and then the thumbnail is clickable to download the file.
