photo deleted but black thumbnail shown

a user deleted one or more of his photos and after this there are still thumbnails for this deleted photos shown, but completly black and if you click on on of this thumbs there is no photo.

whats wrong? i have pp5.3

Where are you talking on the recent photo blocks?

We refresh the cache on photo delete

dont know why, now the black deleted foto is gone. have to check it ...
