| Video Thumbnail
How do can I show a video thumbnail (screenshot) of our tutorial, and when its clicked you either see the corresponding tutorial, or you see the thumbnail, and when someone clicks on it it would load the tutorial?
Thanks,
Paul

When you upload a video you are given the option to upload an optional thumbnail to represent the video.

We do not see this option (please keep in mind we are using the admin bulk upload option because our tutorials are very big).
Thanks,
Paul

Does not matter you will see this option is you do not check the bypass approval process

| Ahh...
We always checked the bypass approval process. I'll try uploading them this way from now on and see if it works... Is there a way to edit the movies that are already online? Or do I have to erase, and re-upload them with these settings?
Thanks,
Paul

| Uploading Movies
We un checked the bypass approval process, please see our attachment. Although we are still unable to upload a thumbnail picture for our vidoes. We made sure all multimedia options that we could find are enabled in the settings of Photopost. We also made sure the upload limit was high enough (even though were using the bulk upload settings).
Thanks,
Paul

Should we use the browse box during the first upload of the movie, or should we go back after the movie has been uploaded for the first time, and use that browse box?
Thanks,
Paul
