How to prevent copied pic duplication? Most Recent all

Is there any way to prevent pics that have been copied to additional categories from having duplicated thumbs when viewing by Most Recent > All?

showgallery.php?limit=all&cat=

try in showgallery.php maybe this in bold

You copied something incorrectly cause there is no parse error above.

Is there a way to not have duplicate pics show when we view all images in pp5.31?
I tried the adding the text in bold - but I just get a blank screen when I add the text in bold (after line # 730 in showgallery.php):

We really want our users to show pics in more than one category if appropriate, but do not want the same image to appear more than once when we view all images.
