Registered users count dropping on its own?

Every other or so refresh my user count drops, now is there an automatic removal of unregistred users or how does this happen?

If your using Photopost Internal Registration yes evertime you enter the admin section the system checks and will delete any user's whom HAVE NOT confirmed there accounts and are over 2 weeks old. So your not deleting true users your deleting people who dont want to have anything to do with your site really since they are not a confirmed user.

Chuck that confirms my suspicions then this is perfect. I won't be deleting users myself then that are unregistered.
