Unregistered Users Can upload!?

I've checked the User Group settings and they are set correctly (No Upload)

I've uchecked "Unregistered" in all of the correct places...

Still, unregistered people can upload to "Member Galleries"

Can someone give me a tip on how to fix this!?

Hello

I would have to say you have unregistered users able to upload. There is no other way they can upload unless you are giving them permission.
