Couple questions

I just had photopost installed by Chuck and I have a couple of questions regarding it.

I am running vb3.54 and was wondering if there was a way to move/copy/make show up - all the images that my members have uploaded in vb into photopost. Or do I have to download them all and reupload?

I just did a test upload in a vb post and it did not show up in the member gallery. Isn't it suppose to?

Also how come I cannot click on any attachments in these forums? It says I have no access to do so. We just bought two copys of photopost plus installations. Shouldn't we have acccess to the support foumns?

Thanks,

Joey

Your vbulletin attachments will not show in Photopost.

The license holder of the software has access to attachments code samples etc. Since you are not the license holder and Tim is the verified customer he is the one whom can see this stuff.

Hmmm but I'm his webmaster/administrator, you know the guy who does all the work?

Tim will not need to see this stuff, only I will. Can you make it so i can see it too?

I can not change anything for you. You would need to request Tim to change his contact email for the license to the email you want on your name.

Hey chuck, got a little problem here. I got the license info from Tim and created an account here on the forum called "Get Bent". I was then able to see all the extra stuff because i was a verified customer. Tim then said to go ahead and change the email to my admin email address, which I did. Now I cant see anything again. So I tried to change it back to the orginal email address and it sent him a email change confirmation to click and he is already asleep.

I have all the license info and approval from Tim. I just need to be able to see the code for the vb index integration and I cant now.

What should I do? Tim said to change the license address to my admin address so I could access the forums.

Whichever email address you use on the forum must match the license email which is under his email.

If Tim wants the email on his license changed to yours or maybe something like admin@getbentsportfishing.com he will need to email custserv@photopost.com and ask them to do it. Only he can do this and this is not something I can do as I do not handle license issues.
