Can't see Member GALLERIES link

Just finished performing an upgrade.

Right now I am unable to see the MEMBER GALLERIES link on index?

ADMINS can see it...

I verified that the REGISTERED - usergroup has create albums access... what else should I bee looking for

BTW>>> Do alot of galleries enable this option... I am thinking that ppl can get carried away... and eat up H/D space... even with the restrictions

The Admins would need to set registered users able to view the members galleries in edit categories.
