Index page changes

If you visit my Photopost index page while not logged in, you will see this view;

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Is there any way to get rid of the parts I have highlighted in green? They don't appear when I am logged in and I think they look terrible when unregistered or logged out users visit.

The image is there Chuck, I can see it from two different PC's. Just give it a minute to load as it's 92 kbs.

If for some reason you still can'tsee it, here is the link;

Well try turning off your cache in Admin => Global Options and then view your index page and then try turning on the cache again.

The cache has been turned off all the time Chuck. But I've turned it on and off a few times just now and the index page still looks the same when I (and everyone else) is logged out.

What entries are under your categories table in mysql? I am trying to understand the issue here as no one has ever had this issue.

Hi Chuck, when I gop to CPanel and click mysql, I see this for the Photopost sql database;

Users in photopost
goldwing_wowbb (Privileges: ALL PRIVILEGES)

Connection Strings
Perl $dbh = DBI->connect("DBI:mysql:goldwing_photopost:localhost","goldwing_wowbb","<PASSWORD HERE>");
PHP $dbh=mysql_connect ("localhost", "goldwing_wowbb", "<PASSWORD HERE>") or die ('I cannot connect to the database because: ' . mysql_error());
mysql_select_db ("goldwing_photopost");
JDBC (may not be available) <%@ page import="java.sql.*" %>
Connection connection = null;
Class.forName("org.gjt.mm.mysql.Driver").newInstance();
connection = DriverManager.getConnection(
"jdbc:mysql://localhost/goldwing_photopost?user=goldwing_wowbb&password=<PASSWORD HERE>");

If you go to your photopost database and view the tables what entries are under the categories table?
