How do I edit header

Hello, I've already read others repliee about this topic on the forum but I've still troubles with header editing.
I wrote the path of the header html file I've created in the Admin global options and set the permission to 666 but it doesn't work!!

Hello if you have the correct path to the header file in global options and that file is set to 666 this does work just fine.

Recheck your path and permission.
