I'm wondering if there is some sort of If Condition I can use to check to see if the user has ANY sort of pictures in the gallery?

Basically I'm using it to whether to display a link to their gallery if they have pictures in there. If not. The link isn't displayed.

You don't use an if clause as first you need to actually write a query to see if they have photos. Try doing a search in the mod forums as I beleive there are a few discussions on this.
