Additional Fields with Defaul Info or Dropdown Lists
 

Since my site is built around photography, I have Additional Fields for my categories "Location" and "Equipment".

Is there any way possible to have an on-going list of data entered into these fields so that someone does not have to keep re-entering the datat over and over again?

Does this require adding a new database field? I guess it would, i have no idea how else you could keep track of this data.

Why not replace the input tags for those extra fields with a select box with options.
