Why are the forums PRIVATE in the mods section? Need memberinfo mod

Sorry for asking this, but I have photopost licenses and wonder why the mods forum for me is private? Do i have to somehow link this username to my license user name?

I have changed my email to the one i have with my license and it does not show that i am VERIFIED.

It usually takes about an hour or so for the scripts to update the accounts.
