upgrade
I am a bit lost on how to upgrade from 5.21 to the latest 5.3
Just for confirmation: Do i need to just upload the changed files mentioned in the change-log and run upgrade.php ?

Upgrade instructions are included in the documentations folder as well as the changelog doc.

Yes upload the changed files and run upgrade.php and run the 5.21-5.3 upgrade.
