Premium Level?

How can I make a premium level (using vb with my PhotoPost) so I can charge a subscription fee to see larger images and other types of "Premium" services? It would also be nice if pictures could be made available to regular users in x amount of time after they are posted while the premium users have instant access...

To use subscriptions in vb you make a subscription and a usergroup with additional permissions in vb

You then set in Photopost edit usergroups the permissions on this new usergroup with extra permissions etc.
