moving pp and rp ?

im moving pp & rp from one server to a new server, and i get the same error with both in the admin pannel:

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/home/xxx/public_html/reviews/languages/english.php' (include_path='/usr/local/lib/php:.:/hsphere/local/home/slothdog/') in /var/hsphere/local/home/xxx/reviews/pp-inc.php on line 127

ive changed all the config files to represent the new db and new file system, but it still gets errors.

That error tells me you have not updated your $RP_PATH in config-inc.php to the new server path

$RP_PATH="/var/hsphere/local/home/xxx/reviews";
