Upload limit

I would like to set an upload limt of three images a day per member, am I able to do this, if so where can I find it as I have tralled through the admin area but still at a loss.

If one can't set the limit, am I able to include a line on the upload image area to say.
Please post only 3 images a day, please have a look at (http://www.blarblarblar) for the reason why.
If there is , which script would need changing, or if there is an admin area to do this in where can it be found.

You can specify daily limit in Admin => Edit Usergroups

If you want to include a message or such on the upload page you would need to edit your uploadphoto.tmpl page and ad such a message.
