Remove comments from deleted user

I had to remove a user from my site. I removed all their photos and clicked the "Remove comments" option, but it failed to remove the comments. Can I just delete that users comments from the "comments" table without any troubles?

Yes you can run the sql command in adm-cats.php to delete the comments

DELETE FROM pp_comments WHERE userid=SOMEUSERID

Now to fix the issue for future deletions in adm-cats.php add in bold
